Training

Technology training for developers and teams

We train developers in the technologies we build with every day, currently C#, .NET, React, Next.js, Angular and Node.js, with more being added as demand grows. Whether you're starting your career, adding a framework to your skills, or upskilling a whole team, our training is hands-on and built around writing real applications, not just watching slides.

What's included

Every track is taught by practitioners and centred on building working software. Training includes:

  • Instructor-led sessions with live coding
  • Hands-on exercises after every topic
  • Project work that brings the skills together
  • Code reviews and feedback from trainers
  • Guidance on next steps at the end of the training

From training to hiring

Because we also run a recruitment service, trainees who complete a programme and show strong work can be recommended for roles we're recruiting for. A recommendation isn't a guaranteed placement, but it puts your work in front of employers.

How it's delivered

How training works

  1. 01

    Skills conversation

We talk about your current experience (or your team's) and what you want to be able to build.

  2. 02

    Learning plan

We agree on the track or custom curriculum, the format and a schedule that fits around work.

  3. 03

    Hands-on training

Instructor-led sessions with live coding and exercises, so every concept is practised, not just explained.

  4. 04

    Project and review

You finish by building a project, with trainer feedback on strengths and what to focus on next.
